"HOLIDAY SEASON" DEC 15, 2012 - JAN 4, 2013

December 15, 2013 - January 3, 2014

• $499.00 per night.  Minimum stay required.

• Check In Time: 4:00 pm
• Check-Out Time 11:00 am
• NO HIDDEN CHARGES!  Cleaning, Credit Card Fees, Reservation Fees and Resort Fees are all included.
• Maximum of 2 adults overnight in unit.  Outdoor furnishings for day or boat guests can accommodate up to 14 people on lanai.
• NO PETS are allowed in the unit at any time.
• NO SMOKING (smoking permitted on outdoor lanai ).
• A signed rental agreement is required prior to stay including a copy of drivers license and/or passport.

Deposit Policy:

• Security deposit is $500.00 USD and will be refunded within 7 days of departure (assuming there are no damages). Any damages will be deducted from deposit.
• The mandatory 9% government Resort Tax will be added to bill.
• 50% DEPOSIT REQUIRED AT BOOKING.  BALANCE PAID IN FULL 45 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.

Refund Policy:

• Cancellation and no-show policy: No refund will be issued for no-shows and cancellations made less than 45 days prior to reservation date.
• A 100% refund will be issued for cancellations made 45 days or more prior to reservation date.
• For confirmed reservations during the Christmas/New Year “HOLIDAY” period, there will be no refunds.
• All itinerary and reservation changes must be made in writing by email directly with PortoCupecoyResort.com
• We recommend the purchase of travel insurance to all our customers for safety, security and peace of mind.
